Our GourmetPro team works hard to bring actionable market insights to our clients and to support our consultants with ground research. We share some of our results on our blog, but you probably aren’t seeing all our publications because of the nature of social media. With our newsletter, you won’t have to worry about missing anything. We sift through data and filter out what’s meaningful. We go directly to stores to find out what’s working, what’s not, and what we can learn from current trends. Our team sits down with industry experts and reaches out to local businesses.
What’s in my Market Shake?
Market Shake roughly follows a monthly cycle, each cycle dedicated to a currently relevant topic. Here’s how it works:
The first week, we share an overview of the Japanese market and the latest industry news, drawing comparisons with global trends.
The second week, we get into Japanese consumers’ heads and turn our findings into consumer intelligence.
In the third week, we hit the shelves and outline the competitive landscape.
And the fourth week, we have a conversation with industry experts to conclude our cycle with insider knowledge.
Market Shake is flexible, too. If we feel relevant to expand beyond four weeks, we’ll bring additional curated weekly content!
